My name is Alena. I am a professional Artist and a Visual Arts educator living in Toronto with passion for visual art, design, graphics, and sculpture. Whether you are looking to advance your art skills and technique or learn how to paint and draw as a complete beginner, DreamArtStudio is for you.

As an educator, I have over 10 years of professional teaching and practicing experience in Visual Arts. I actively employ all the pillars of the traditional school, as well as contemporary approaches with an emphasis on the fundamental knowledge in academic drawing and painting, color theory, composition.

I am also a mother and this has shaped how I connect with my younger students and teach art. I have successfully taught both of my children to draw and paint from very early years and I can teach your children too!

Beyond the academic art, I help my students to explore their inner artist, using positive encouragement to create art that is truly honest.
