Q: What happens if my child misses a class?
A: We offer make-up classes! You can reschedule your missed session to another day based on our class schedule and availability. Please note that make-up classes must be taken on a different day than the one your child is originally enrolled in.
Q: Does my child need to bring any materials to class?
A: No need! We provide all materials required for our regular art activities. Only students working on portfolio-level or oversized projects may need to bring additional supplies, which will be discussed in advance.
Q: How many students are in each class?
A: Our classes are intentionally small, with 6–8 students per group. We maintain a low student-to-teacher ratio with 1 lead instructor and 1 assistant for classes of 8, ensuring personalized attention for every child.
Q: Are there breaks during the class?
A: Yes, we include a short 5-minute break during class or as needed, especially for younger students who may require a pause to recharge.
Q: What age groups do you offer classes for?
A: We welcome students aged 4 to 18. Children are placed in age-appropriate groups to ensure a supportive and engaging learning environment.
Q: Can my child join mid-month or mid-session?
A: Absolutely! Our classes run year-round, and students can join at any time, based on availability. Projects are customized to each student’s skill level and start date.
Q: How does payment work?
A: We offer flexible monthly payments with no long-term commitment, making it easy for families to join when it suits them. Payments are due at the beginning of each month and include all materials and supplies.
We also offer discounted rates for longer-term enrollment (e.g., full season or semester), but those must be paid in full upfront to receive the discount.
Please note: Monthly payments are based on reserving your child’s spot in the class, not on attendance.
If you’re planning to miss a class or two (e.g., due to vacation), you are still required to pay the full monthly fee and can schedule make-up classes for the missed sessions, based on availability. We do not offer partial payments for months with missed classes.
Q: What styles or techniques will my child learn?
A: Students explore a wide range of styles and techniques, including acrylic painting, watercolour, drawing, mixed-media, realism, and more. We combine academic fundamentals with modern, creative approaches, tailoring each project to the student’s individual goals, interests, and skill level.
Q: Do you offer a discount for siblings?
A: Yes! We offer a 10% sibling discount for families enrolling 2 or more children. It’s our way of supporting creative families and making art education more accessible for everyone.
Q: Is there a discount or reward if I refer a friend?
A: Yes! When you refer a friend who signs up for at least one month, you’ll receive 1 free class as a thank-you.
You can either:
* Use the free class during the current month, or
* Collect 4 free classes and use them as a full month’s payment.
